For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the words used shall have the meaning which has been generally accepted in accordance with existing laws and technologies and agreements of like nature as the present. The users to the website shall be the "Seller Artist" and the "Buyer Artist" of the instrumental.
To purchase access and use of Subscription Packs we make available for sale on the website or other products and services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
Your subscription will commence from the date when the payment made by you for a subscription is processed by a Payment Processor. Your subscription will continue in full force for the length of the term you specifically purchased or on a month-to-month term until such time as you cancel the subscription.
We may offer promotional trial subscriptions to access the Service for free for a limited usage of the products or for a limited time or at special discounted prices.
Your subscription to the applicable Subscription Pack on the Service will automatically renew at the end of your Subscription Term continuously and indefinitely without action by the member, and the Subscription fee is charged to the member at the time of renewal.
You will have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the subscription management page. To avoid forfeiture of the Subscription renewal fee, subscription should be cancelled prior to the end of the then current Subscription Term.
The website provides for registration for accounts i.e. "Buyer Artist Account". The website also allows a user to have a dual account of both a Seller Artist and a Buyer Artist.
While registering on the website, you will be required to provide your Legal name as mentioned on any government-issued identity card/document or any other such identity card/documents universally recognized and accepted or a Stage name, an email address, password and/or a phone number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product which is subject to the acceptance by us. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you shall be required to fill billing details which shall contain your username, legal name, stage name (optional), name of the entity (optional), residential or official address, phone number, etc.
Upon making the payment you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail") and that the instrumental as well as the License opted for shall be available for downloading.
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed.
Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice.
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and payment of applicable fees, if any, DOZ DRIPZ grants you a limited License to access and make personal use of this website, but not to modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of DOZ DRIPZ and/or its affiliates, as may be applicable.

www.dozdripz.com has placed various payment methods and online payment gateway and the instrumental along with the relevant License Agreement and payment receipt, would become downloadable only when the payment is gone, received and confirmed by us.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes, convenience fee, etc.) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
www.dozdripz.com does not offer refunds and returns. If there are any issues with a service or an ordered item, please click on the Help icon available on the website, immediately, we aim to solve any issue amicably.
You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products and with the Subscription Packs and you agree to bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to Goods & Services Tax, Value Added Tax, duties and cesses, etc. as may be applicable.
